Excellent Value, A Step Above Harbor Freight.Great green color, it is cheap and strong, it works!I never understood why people make such a big deal about brands when it comes to tool trays, carts and even tool boxes.These items will get abused, scratched and banged around a garage. Who cares about whether they are made in China or made in the U.S.?Sure the paint job is not as nice, but for the most, there is really not that big of a difference between these items and their most expensive counterparts.I would totally recommend this tool cart. I bought it as an "Best Buy Warehouse" deal, and it was heavily discounted. It was a no brainer and I really like it a lot.
