It's actually not that great
It seemed cool at first but it wasn't really impressive. From normal shower distance, it basically turns into a cold mist. To compensate, I made the water hot. When I used it like a magic wand, it felt like a sharp and now painfully hot needle against my skin. You can definitely tell that a lot less water is used, so 1+ for that I think.
