When my daughter was a child she suffered from constant diaper rash as her skin was very sensitive. We used diaper cream but especially when she had diarrhea we had to keep wiping it to clean her properly. We bought this because it was so much easier and she wasn't afraid we would have to put lotion on her when she had a really bad rash. This is my holy grail for babies suffering from diaper rash. Every time I apply this a few hours later her rash is gone. I put it on at night and it's gone in the morning. I will keep buying it for her until she is potty trained.
