Unbalanced and stiff

I got this to organize papers on my desk and honestly I wish I had given up and bought a more expensive wooden storage box instead. The thing is very deformed. I had to glue the pin at an angle so it doesn't swing from side to side. It also looks like the center shelves are meant to slide out (there are rails for that), but once you put them together these pups get stuck in there and never move again. You get what you pay for I guess.
