Missing Cap on Coolant Rebuild Kits

I took a chance and thought Dorman might have solved the missing cap problem. I guess I was wrong. Looks like a good quality tank. I contacted Revain's always top notch customer service and they arranged a replacement. The replacement came and there was no hat either. I ended up calling Dorman and the support person said that Revain is advertising this incorrectly and the lid is NOT included with this part.
