1. The mask is not soft at all.2. The mask gets very hot due to the double layer. It's almost impossible to breathe in it. One of the masks had a visible knot that was supposed to be hidden in the seam.4. The seams are uneven and don't match up at all.5. All of my masks came with only one adjustable side. Not sure what's wrong with the other adjustable part, but one side literally falls off your face and the other gets stuck. This mask is terrible, very cheap, falling apart and not doing its job. I would neither recommend nor buy this product
