The best part about howd was being able to have someone in my corner from start until finish with everything I needed help or questions! You never know what you will need when getting started but they are always there ready willing & eager (ha ha) if it isn't listed as an option already!! They helped me pick out all products so we could make sure everyone would be happy using them at our events which made things easier once i got going myself. It's been very easy to set up and use for my clients. The support team is great and always willing to help. I don't have any dislikes about how it works so far. We've seen some positive results with our foot traffic. Our sales are going up and we're seeing repeat customers. We haven't had as much success with our online leads yet but we're working on that too.
