The functionality is great! I like that it allows me to do more than just simply measure engagement during an event or presentation. With this tool you can actually track how many people are viewing your slides via social media platforms as well (ie Facebook). This software has helped my organization understand who our target market is so we know what content resonates best. We have also been able to use the data collected from these events in order to better plan future ones which helps us to maximize ROI of our internal budget.
