Update 2 weeks after receiving the mouse pad: I received an email response from the mouse pad seller when I contacted the status of the mouse pad upon arrival. They asked for an order number to "help me with a problem". I have provided details about the order, but have not received a reply. It's been over a week now. This rating remains at 1 star due to mouse pad defects and incredibly poor support. . The size was definitely what I needed, but the condition the mouse pad arrived in was disappointing. The mouse pad had lines/cracks in the upper material when opened and a few dents everywhere. I wouldn't care if they were in other places on the mouse pad where I wouldn't see them, covered etc. But they are RIGHT where my mouse is placed and used. Of course you can't have cuts and permanent nicks where the mouse is used due to bumps and the mouse sensor/cursor goes crazy. I probably just received one of those rare, fancy, and (manufacturer?) damaged mice due to the high ratings (which is why I ordered this brand in the first place), but the quality control needs to be better. In the end I would probably give this large mouse pad a 4/5 if the issues I explained didn't come right out of the box. The pillow is clearly large so it struggles to stay completely flat. This is a problem as air pockets form underneath, causing the pillow to never lie completely flat. Otherwise, the mouse pad makes a very good impression. However, he gets 1/5 due to the flaws he arrived with.
