Recommended by a friend looking for gift ideas for my 7 year old. To be honest I was disappointed at first glance: the plastic lampshade looks cheap at first (I paid $38.99 plus tax, expecting a more solid one as advertised). Then I realized that this is a good family project during quarantine. My kids loved the process of turning flat pieces into a 3D polyhedron. We decided to keep it. Please note: There is no English manual with the product. In fact, there is no real sense of leadership at all. Although it turned out to be fairly easy to put together, we just found it impractical due to the fragility of the plastic components. Again, we would have returned it had it not been for COVID-19. But after an hour of assembly, the final product looked just as good as the picture and we decided to keep it. Conclusion: A good DIY project for small children. Don't buy if you're looking for pre-assembled jewelry.
