Due to the fact that I enjoy baking and cooking, I was thrilled to test out some of the items that can be purchased from the BAKHUK online store. On the other hand, my interactions with this business were less than satisfactory, and as a result, I would not suggest that other people purchase their products. To begin, I was underwhelmed by the low standard of the products that were sent to me. The silicone baking sheets were of poor quality and did not fare well in the oven due to their fragile nature. My refrigerator was a mess because the food storage receptacles did not correctly seal and leaked their contents all over the place. The products, in general, did not live up to my expectations in terms of quality and were not worth the price. To add insult to injury, BAKHUK's lackluster customer support only exacerbated the situation. When I tried to get in touch with them to voice my concerns, I did not hear back from them for several days. When I did eventually hear back from the company, the representative was unhelpful and treated my complaints with contempt. My experience with the BAKHUK online business, in general, was one that was both frustrating and disappointing. Both the quality of their products and the assistance they provided to their customers fell short of what I had anticipated. If someone else was looking for high-quality kitchen and household goods, I would not suggest they go with this particular business.
