I really liked these headphones. I wore them for a long 7 months until they failed. Headphones no longer charge or turn on. I was devastated because I liked them so much (lightweight and perfect for running, NOT sweat resistant) but I had to contact Bass Pal. They had 24 months warranty. Crystal the customer service rep was very polite when I emailed Bass Pal. She offered to send me a new pair for free! I got a new pair and unfortunately they lasted about a month during my runs. (They are NOT sweat resistant!). I emailed again and Krystal was polite enough to offer me a refund. I appreciate the great customer service, but these headphones were only good for a short time. Overall NOT happy with my purchase.
