The irony of the return window
The boots are super cute, there's no denying that. However, tomorrow is the last day of return, 30 days and the soles have come off the boot. My daughter wore them maybe 5 times a month which is unfortunate. We also bought these boots in pink in November and have not had this problem. Not sure if I have a bad batch or if there is a new company making boots but this is very disappointing.
- Excellent quality excellent quality
- These boots are not easy to clean and stains are not easy to remove.
