My daughter is 3 years old but wears a size 4/5 so I bought a size 4-5 dress. It fitted well in length and chest, but the upper part was very loose. I had to take a lot to keep from falling. Beautiful dress and perfect for our photos. recommend it! I used a crinoline for added tightening.
