I received them today and I was excited to clip my dogs’ nails. I have German Shepard and English shepherd. I got them to work right away. I started with my English shepherd because I am able to handle her better than my GS who gets into panic mode about her nails. The clippers did a great job. I got to another paw. I wanted to cut the nail and it grabs the nail but no cutting it. I did feel the handle did not move as strong- maybe something came loose or spring… either way I got disappointed right away.
