It took me a while to discover that the pen slides out from the back and now I love this case. Very few cases have a pen holder. Minor cons: Round pockets can hold the lid while charging or syncing, and don't allow you to close the valve while doing so. Sometimes the cover feels too slippery and I'm afraid I'll drop it or lose my grip and it will slide off. I often want to remove the lid or let it be pulled towards you with the help of magnets when open. I wish I had a bigger headphone hole with a thick protective shield. But that's more of a criticism of my headphones lol
