I am so glad I gave this a try and read the reviews first. I was nervous because of sizing. I am 5’5 in the 230 I usually wear 2x or 18/20 cause I’m extra busty. This runs small. I ended up buying a 4x and it fit perfectly snug and synched! I tried it with both pants and dresses and you cannot tell you have it on. It is also comfy. The hooks gives it s bit of a corset feel but it literally grips and puts everything in place with the Grip of All the Gods combined. Buy IT! But read the reviews to gage your size!
