I absolutely love this bag! I was very skeptical about buying this bag due to bad experience buying bags online, but I've had this bag for a while and I feel like I've had time to test it. Haven't washed it yet but it's high quality and I feel like it washes with no problem. The zippers are super smooth. Good quality canvas, thick. The straps are too deep to comfortably hold a tablet or small laptop. It has shoulder straps that aren't adjustable but it has a detachable shoulder strap which is your preference, love both options.
