Plastic heel in my review.
The heel is made of hard plastic. it rubbed my heel and cracked my skin on the first day of use. I definitely can't recommend it

- The shoes were light and comfortable... liked the color and style
Cons
- Unfortunately the man's feet don't fit like most of the New Balamce we've bought. These are great shoes and great quality.
