Fits perfectly, works great.

So I didn't want to buy this as a previous review said the bolts didn't match her 2001 Mazda 626. I bought it for the same car (Mazda 626 2001 2.0L). The manufacturer's website specifies this model for 4 cylinders. I bought and installed it today. Fits perfectly, works great, couldn't be happier. If you need a CARB compliant preset for your Mazda 626 2.0L, this is definitely for you.
