I love it, I have big problems with my feet, from pain. The first time I tried it, I put it on too tight. So be sure to just bend the first time. If it's too tight, it pinches. But after the second try I succeeded and everything went well. Was easy to use and really helps my feet. On the second day I reduced my painkillers. So it helped me very quickly with pain and swelling. Would recommend to anyone with foot and leg problems. Just sit back and relax.
