There were some problems with the first pair (defects), but Jomi's customer service rectified the situation very quickly and quickly sent a new pair. Clothing compression works well. The silicone strap can roll, but slightly twisting the top of the strap will prevent it from rolling. If like me you get the right size (tall, I'm 6'1 and 210) it should never slip. The material is quite odd, unlike previous pairs I've tried (Jobst and a few other brands) but breathes well. For the price you can't beat it. I used Jobst up until this year, but $50 for a pair is way too expensive.
