Damaged boots. Cut the straps.
The boots look very nice but one handle on each boot arrived damaged and the packaging was intact. This means they came with a broken grip on each shoe which is unacceptable.
- I love these boots but my 2 year old was able to tear the side straps off after a few wears.
- Yellow color is easy to get dirty and difficult to clean
