Review on 🔥 Panasonic NI-W810CS Ceramic Soleplate Iron - Multi-Directional Steam/Dry, MEDIUM, Black by Glen Elevyn

I bought this product in 2014 and loved it for almost two years while it was fine. It got the job done and was very easy to use. What was very annoying was that after the 2nd year the whole front part of the product started to fall apart - both the plastic and the metal plate. I stopped using it when the ends of the metal plates started leaving streaks on the fabric I was ironing. Being a huge fan up to this point, I contacted Panasonic customer service to see if they could fix the product for free or for a small fee. Since then my experience has greatly decreased. The support basically offered to fix the product for free if I send them the product. After following all the instructions at this point and paying out of my own pocket to ship heavy iron, I was returned the unfixed original product due to a manufacturing defect on their end. As Panasonic essentially refused to help me on this matter I will do my best not to do business with them anymore and instead bought a Rowenta which was 100% worth the money and investment. Don't waste your time with the product. which for a company that doesn't care about your business/advocacy will easily fall apart.
