It provides a waistline for me and I LOVE it!
I have NO complaints! It is the BEST waist tainer I have bought. It has excellent support and doesn't roll down when I sit or bend over at the waist. The stretch is great and I can make it tight or loose. It is very comfortable on and holds my tummy in without anyone knowing I have one on.
- This is ok, but not as good as I thought it will
- The waist trainer may not be effective for all body types
