Review on Improved Selector Distribution Amplifier Switches Accessories & Supplies by Paul Wilson

Put to the test and passed the test.

OK. Most reviews were positive. There have been people who have gone so far as to predict the return of that item regardless of the situation or circumstances. I ordered and received this despite the negative comments as my technical background allows me to fix small issues. I have put my amps at risk by ignoring recommended impedance requirements, driven by my desire to have multiple speakers in one location. However, I needed a suitable impedance balanced zone selector for my Integra receiver due to its $$$ price. although it is internally secured/protected. This product did just that, and without compromising on sound quality. To "test" let me list what I use: (2) dual 15" cabinets each with 6 radial tweeters, (2) 12" 3-way cabinets, (2) 12" 5-way cabinets, (2) Yamaha 8" three-way rack cabinets, and (2) 18" woofers in dedicated ceiling mount cabinets. This selector easily distributes the signal to everyone. The only problem I had was one that many others had. The clamps are flimsy and open with little force on the wire. This is easily fixed with glow-in-the-dark tape. which is wrapped several times around each terminal strip after inserting all the wires. This selector easily distributes a signal to everyone.
