Rich sound, lots of cuts

Really impressed with the sound quality of my London. Very rich sound and deep bass. Better than AirPods in some ways. But after just a few weeks of use, I suffer from frequent Bluetooth disconnects from my iPhone, which are usually preceded by a complete failure of the left earbud, then the right, starting with hissing, and then completely shutting down. Very strange Bluetooth behavior that really spoils the good sound of the headphones.
