I activated my account and thought I could install it quickly. It was cold outside and I had to do this without my son noticing. When the small door of the OBD port wouldn't close with the device plugged in, I pulled it out again and waited for it to warm up and give me more time. I received an email from Car-lock saying they noticed I activated my account but didn't see an active device. They wanted to know if I need help. Outrageous! I said no and later found an easy way to unplug the OBD connector from the dash, plug in the unit and mount it behind the door. I just received an additional email saying they would charge my first month and that I still had time to cancel if I wasn't happy. Outrageous! I can't say I'm happy now that I know what an outcast my boy is, but the device works great and the customer service (although I haven't actually had to use it) seems top notch. I would highly recommend.
