It was a bit dry when I opened it, but with a drop of mineral oil this brow pomade is perfect! I keep a bottle of mineral oil for every cream makeup that dries, a drop and mix and it's like new! The color is exactly what I was looking for as Anastasia Dip's brows are either too dark or too light no matter what I do. This is the perfect soft brown (lighter than Anastasia's soft brown but darker than caramel). I wore it all day with no noticeable peeling or fading, and today I wore sunglasses and goggles, plus I often keep my hair out of my eyes and usually accidentally comb my brows. I'm damn impressed with this elf. I've bought every brow tint Anastasia sells ($18 each) and this $3 elf product is the best! I have bald patches and very thin eyebrows from heavy plucking and it fills them in beautifully. While it doesn't look quite "natural" because it's a lipstick, it definitely doesn't look "hot," it's a nice in-between look. I absolutely recommend this product!
