Customer service was helpful when we thought a chair was not working. Now to the chairs. The chairs have a very small base which makes them wobble on a flat floor. The chair looks good overall, with clean, straight lines. Sitting on a chair is not very comfortable because the seat is small and people in our family are very average height. (Like anything up to 180 pounds 5 feet 10 inches). I've already bought new bar stools from a local store to replace. I'm saving them for another part of the house that isn't used much for seating (for looks).
