The best in its price range.
Not only are they waterproof, but they can smudge a little if you have Steve Buscemi's big wet eyes like me. In addition, all formulas are great. I have to scrape the excess off the stick to get a non-clumpy/fluffy look, but if you have time to apply gently, that's great. (I wish they had more of their formulas in brown or black-brown)
