Santa gave this to my 4 year old daughter for Christmas. When I order clothes I don't expect them to be handwritten before wearing them. I gave it to her sealed in a bag so I'm not sure where along the way anyone thought it would be a great idea to write on it. She was excited to wear it and it's really cute, so an extra star for that.
