My husband bought this for me when I was pregnant. It has served me well by providing adequate support for my back and abdomen. My only complaint is that it's "a bit" flimsy, so I don't have enough padding between my legs when I rock it. It's still decent support, but for me, a regular pillow provides more support between my legs than this body pillow. Overall this is a good little pillow, I could have bought a little more filling to add more fluff. Oh, and the good thing is that you can also open up the pillow itself and add or remove more padding as needed, which is good. The pillowcase is also removable for easy washing. Like I said, this isn't an AMAZING pregnancy pillow, but it will get the job done for a decent price.
