Too difficult for a child (and an adult), does not allow creativity
It is impossible for a child to assemble and very difficult for a 37 year old engineer. My daughter and I completed the build together and this achievement gave us both a little boost. However, once it's built, there's nothing you can do with it other than shoot the balls a few times. There is no way to change the design, hence the opportunity for the child's creativity. In addition, many parts are very thin and can easily break. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
