Update: I contacted the seller to try and replace the broken chair. They were quick to respond and took care of the issue by sending me a replacement chair which arrived quickly without me having to send the broken one back. So now with two whole chairs and great customer service, five stars! First Review: I think these chairs would be great but one arrived with a broken piece of plastic. I removed the plastic cover from the chair and as I moved the box I heard the plastic rattling inside the box. Very disappointed as these are not cheap chairs.
