I was going to use this to dose an ounce of floor cleaning concentrate. Sometimes when you're trying to dose, there is little or no liquid in the pump (liquid spills back into the bottle) and you have to squeeze the pump a second time and you get a lot more than an ounce of liquid. After receiving a jet of liquid, the outlet "spout" will continue to leak and drip liquid, creating a mess. I've measured better accuracy and less waste and mess by simply pouring the floor cleaner out of the bottle. Not recommended for thin liquids - may work better for ketchup or thick/viscous liquids.
