I bought two complete sets of cartridges for my Xerox 6510 printer. When I went to replace one of the toner cartridges it ran fine but the printer didn't recognize it and asked me to put it back in. When I tried to remove the cartridge, the end fell into my hands and the magenta toner was spilled everywhere! Needless to say, I wasn't a happy camper. However, David from Boudeaux Industries, who makes LimeInk cartridges, was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and we quickly found a solution that restored my trust in the company!
