I had problems: 1. not enough nails to get nailed to the wall (if you already include nails then why would you want your customer to use the extra length to buy other nails ?) the positions I've tried, the prints just don't match the holes in the mounts. So if they marked where the nail goes, but it's inaccurate, it seems illogical and careless to me. Doesn't seem strong. 2 boards are cracked, it's not solid wood. When you tap it with your finger, it sounds blank. I was planning to write books about it and I don't trust him to hold heavy things. I saw the negative reviews and thought maybe it's just a small part of the population who accidentally received a faulty product. But the same thing happened to me. Now I'm just wondering where all the good reviews are coming from.
