I ordered this product to replace the same product I bought a few years ago. I've used the previous one for many years and it always worked great (didn't pull, didn't even cut, very effectively) until I dropped it on a tile and broke off some parts. This change is terrible. exactly the same product, presumably down to the brand, number etc but this one is awful. It pulls, cuts unevenly and takes me 5 times longer to trim the same area than its predecessor. And this time, given the stretch, it's painful. Not sure what has changed but am not satisfied and will not recommend or buy again.
