The product came in manufacturer's packaging but other than that this purchase was a complete failure. As soon as I put the cartridge in, it immediately threw the toner into the printer. After cleaning the printer itself, the print was very light, uneven, and full of streaks. I took out this cartridge and put in the old one that still had toner in it. The old cartridge printed fine, so it's obvious that the new cartridge was bad. I should have known better than to think it would be good given the low cost. Will pay a higher price to get a genuine, unused, and fresh HP toner cartridge.
