I use it twice a day on my face and neck (and sometimes on my arms and hands). I use it after my vitamin C serum and hyaluronic acid serum to give my skin the moisture it needs. I have very sensitive acne prone skin. I had no breakouts or pimples. It's a huge container and very economical - and I can distribute as needed!
