I received a package of ink today, the delivery was quite fast; and customer service was very, very helpful. They assured me that the ink was suitable for the Brother printers I requested. As I hope you can tell from the photos, this is a brand new box of sealed cartridges. Once I use them I will write about the quality of the ink but for the service provided I give 5 stars.
