After a year of use, my original Mi Band started cracking where I put the pin in the hole so I bought these to replace. I loved the complementary colors! You look good! I chose maroon and I never got tired of this color and I gave my mom a pink one after I bought her a Mi bracelet. Alignment is a little wobbly for the first week or so, look at the picture to see what I mean. It was a little funny, but also annoying. But I'm happy to report that it's smoothing out over time. With the original band I used the penultimate or third to last hole and alternated between the two depending on my blood pressure or whatever (sometimes my very thin wrists). a little thicker depending on the time of day?) With this strip I'm at the very last hole. It actually fits me and I don't need to change it to another size so I'm happy/fine in that case. But I would like to find a strap for thin wrists so I don't have all that bulk on the bottom of my wrist and have to pull the extra strap through every time I put it on. The surface of the Mi Strap is not flush with the strap, it seems the display is protruding beyond the strap. I saw that this was also an issue with my friend's third party bracelet, it glowed in the dark so it wasn't this product, maybe another brand. In this case, it can be a common problem with third-party tapes. The original tape does not have this problem. This is a slightly harder material (less soft) than the original. It does not affect the comfort/feel on the skin in any way. It's only worth mentioning because it might take a little more pressure to get the stylus in when you attach it, but it can take a bit of getting used to. Hopefully the stiffer material won't break it that easily. Honestly, it suits me. He does his job and it was a good price.
