I am not thrilled and frankly not impressed with this product. Maybe my expectations were too high due to the insanely high reviews. The simple, basic stand I received is slightly curved and tilted to the left, making it impossible to miss. It's relatively solid and not without merit when it comes to providing a basic base stand for your tablet or iPad. He does his job very well, nothing more. I'm leaving my original review, but I'll correct a few things. First and foremost, I am impressed with Lamicall's customer service. Shortly after reviewing the product, which I don't think is overly critical, I was contacted by Lamicall and offered a full refund with no return of the stand. I didn't ask for anything, let alone such a generous offer. I never contacted them and other than contacting the stand I had no reason or problem to justify contacting them. I think that's well above the norm and very much worth mentioning. The 2nd point is that I am a bit dissatisfied with the curved or tilted stand. I didn't pay much attention to the positive aspects of this product. After the refund I decided I had nothing to lose and took great pains to bend the stand back to its original position. It worked, not perfectly but well enough to use. The fact that it withstood the force I used and still works speaks volumes about the durability of the stand. He retained his ability to adapt and stay solid in any position. I like this stand very much. Plenty of room for my iPad, whether it's a thick Otterbox case or a thin flip case, and always keeps the iPad securely in place. Overall, for my needs and expectations, this is an amazing stand.
