I've had this mattress for 5 months and I'm very happy with it. It's comfortable and doesn't sag at all. I rotate it every 2 months so it wears evenly. With handles on the side, I can easily do it myself. I love that you can remove the top cover from the mattress for a cooler sleep. That was very important to me. After opening it I let it sit for a full 3 days before using it. It foamed well and didn't smell at all. I needed a mattress but didn't want to go shopping because of the pandemic. I was looking for a reasonably priced mattress and choosing this mattress turned out to be the right choice no matter how nervous I was about buying a side invisible. I highly recommend this brand. I have 11" memory foam.
