Review on Macally Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo by Jerry Delic

Keyboard lighter than desired; The mouse is light, which didn't bother me. The first problem right away was that when the laptop screen went black, the mouse and keyboard became inactive; I have a work laptop that I can't change this setting for, and it often gets dark. Whenever they became inactive, I had to open up the mouse and tamper with the batteries to get them working again. This happened literally 10 to 20 times a day. After weeks of googling I finally found a way to prevent this by changing the bluetooth setting. Now the mouse becomes inactive but reactivated after power cycle. Still annoying but bearable. Then today (6 weeks after purchase) both the mouse and keyboard failed completely - the mouse stopped working intermittently; random keys regularly stopped working; then, after clicking somewhere new in the document and without pressing any key, a long line of semicolons suddenly appeared and I had to quickly press "Enter" to stop the behavior. That's all. Bought a new brand today. People love this thing, but it took a year of my life.
