I was skeptical when purchasing the product. But I've been wearing it for a little over a week and it's really amazing! If you look at the picture you can see that I was a bit slouched in my posture and when I put the Posture Corrector on it helped me straighten my posture. comfortable position. It was uncomfortable to wear at first, but over the next few days my body began to adjust and the benefits of these products have been very helpful. I work in a day care center and pick up things every day, especially when changing diapers. It puts strain on my shoulders and back when lifting, but since I've been wearing it, it's helped me with my legitimate lifting technique. I wear it either over a shirt or under a shirt. I definitely recommend it!
