The cheapest on the market but less quality. Spend another $15.

CONSTRUCTION Easy assembly or installation. Other models like the Vivo are more straight forward and have screws that can be hand tightened etc. It's ok but a small sacrifice here for the short set up time. Everything is fine QUALITY The most important compromise is quality. Some of the lever connections were so tight that the allen wrench had bent trying to loosen the bolts, but to no avail, or even snapped them off. Others were loose and had to be constantly tightened (a monitor's up and down movement is loose, so the monitor had to be adjusted every morning as it slowly lowered overnight. Although this screw was tightened several times). Just not worth the daily hassle. CUSTOMER SERVICE Responds but does not offer solutions. They say it must be tight. Well, you need to know how to set it up. And the bolts are so tightened that the heads are torn off. They did not offer any solution or replacement. I assume it wasn't a lemon? Overall I wanted this set up and left alone. Seems cheap doesn't it? Some joints didn't move and any movement used the monitor as a lever, which isn't the compromise I want. Even if he's in a decent position, he won't always keep his form/position. And getting them "just right" was very difficult, a daily struggle. I bought a Vivo for an extra $15 and am much happier.
