I like that there are multiple options for payment processing. There is no limit on how much you can pay per day/month in order to have it processed sooner or later. You cannot select which methods will be accepted by this program so we had no choice but to use all three. We do not receive our statements until about 2 months after they were paid out - even though some payments go thru more quickly than others. It would also benefit us if we received notifications upon any changes with their programs (such has new credit cards). However when notified, the only time we could cancel was immediately before expiration since once expired its too late! They take advantage of people who don't know what's going on behind closed doors. If someone doesn't understand something about billing, invoicing etc., then just ask questions!! Otherwise, get help elsewhere. My client gets bills online every month instead of paper billings sent via snail mail each quarter. I like that we can get our COI in a matter of days. They are very responsive and do what they say they will do. We've been able to get all of our COIs in a matter of days. We also like how easy it is to set up the account. There's not much to dislike about this system. For us, the biggest benefit has been getting our COIs in a timely manner.
