This bag is perfect for me. It's durable and well made and I can say it won't fall apart even after a few weeks or months. Has a great professional look. The straps are comfortable even when loaded. I can't confirm the long strap as I haven't used it. I can put my laptop, binder and some catalogs for my business inside and leave some free space. The only complaint would be that it sometimes tips over when I only have a laptop in it because it's on its side, but that's what you get with most bags. I would definitely buy again.
